The second part of IPL 2021 is going to start from September 19. Rajasthan Royals star player Rahul Teotia is eyeing to regain his lost form. Rahul Tewatia has admitted that he did not perform as expected in the first half of IPL 14. Last year in the UAE, Rahul Tewatia had created a lot of headlines with his performance.
He failed miserably in the first seven matches of IPL 14. Tewatia has scored only 86 runs in 7 matches played so far. Tewatia also disappointed with the ball and he has been able to get only two wickets. Rajasthan Royals had high hopes from Tewatia in IPL 14. The star all-rounder said, "I know that my performance was not as good as my expectations in batting and bowling." Rahul Tewatia, however, has claimed improvement in his performance. "I will try to improve my performance in the next seven matches of the remaining leg in UAE," Tewatia said.

Tewatia said, "I would like to perform well, not just in one match but in all the seven matches. I would like to play with the same spirit in all the matches.
The performance of Rajasthan Royals in the first part of IPL 14 has also not been much better. The team has won only three matches out of seven and remains at the fifth position in the points table. Rajasthan Royals will have to win five more matches to make it to the playoffs.
